Abstract submission for Oral / Poster presentation

Abstract Submission deadline for Poster Presentation: 31 August 2011 (Closed)

All abstracts will be reviewed by TEMTIA-V international committee. Abstract submissions will only be accepted electronically; paper abstracts will not be accepted. Abstracts are limited to 300 words in text only, excluding title and authors.

Abstracts should be proofread for content errors, spelling, names, etc. before submitting as no changes can be made once the abstract is submitted.

All presenters have to register for the conference. TEMTIA-V international committee reserves the rights to withdraw any submission.

Oral presentation

20 abstracts will be selected by the TEMTIA-V international committee for oral presentation. Abstracts selected for presentation during the conference will be printed directly from electronic submission. Selected presenting author will be informed via email.

Poster presentation

A limited number of abstracts will be selected for poster presentation. Abstracts selected for presentation during the conference will be printed directly from electronic submission. Selected presenting author will be informed via email.

Presenters must make sure that posters are posted on the poster board for the whole/selected duration of the conference. Presenters are required to be present at their poster for at least 45 minutes during the poster sessions indicated in the programme.
