Confirmation Receipt

Receipt will be sent to your listed email on the registration form ONLY upon receiving payment.
TEMTIA-V reserves the rights to withdraw one’s registration if payment is not received in full.

If receipt is not received within 10 working days, please submit a request for receipt by writing to
temtia2011singapore@imcb.a-star.edu.sg, indicating:
    1. Participant's first and family name
    2. Mode of payment and details
        a. Credit card: state the first and last four digits of the card.
        b. Telegraphic transfer: Bank account’s name, bank’s name and date of transfer.
        c. Cheque/bank draft: Cheque number.

Registration cancellations requests and refunds must be submitted by email to temtia2011singapore@imcb.a-star.edu.sg by 31 August 2011.

Refunds and reimbursements will only be processed after the conference via bank transfer in November 2011.
